We died our own eggs too, which Mia, and even the "big kids" enjoyed. On Sunday, Mia awoke to find out that the Easter Bunny had hidden a basket and presents inside NaiNai's and Papa's fifth wheel. Then outside, the Easter Bunny had hidden some eggs too. Mia, though, was NOT interested in finding the real eggs. She only wanted the plastic ones with candy inside. We tried to get her to pick up the real eggs, but she'd just pass them by. Even the one we put inside her basket, she promptly took out. No real stuff for her...just the candy ones. Needless to say, we've had to keep her basket up high and ration out the Easter candy.

First Easter, Pismo Beach
Mia spent her first Easter at Pismo Beach. On Saturday she had her first egg hunt with other campers on the putt-putt course. We had to encourage her to go fast so those 4 year olds didn't get all the eggs, but she caught on. She certainly enjoyed it when she figured out there was candy inside those eggs.
